My classes are breath based, moving meditation, gentle yet powerful.

My training and certifications: RYT 200 in 2012. I completed my 200 hour certification in Instinctive Meditation in 2021.

My Yoga Story: I found yoga in when I was searching for a way to lose my baby weight after having my oldest child. I had no idea that this practice would enable me to shed layers of myself I didn’t know existed. My anxiety and depression eased and I have been able to find connection to the deepest parts of myself through this practice.

My Mixtape: I love country music, which I listen to at home or in the car. Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Deirks Bentley, Eric church, Morgan Wallen and Randy Houser are my favorites.

For fun I like to be outside with my family. Hiking, at the playground, the lakeshore, or just playing in our backyard and watching the sunsets at night with my husband. I love watching my boys play baseball and practice at home. I can’t get enough of this little baby girl, so I have fun dressing her up and making her laugh and smile. Country concerts with my husband are a lot of fun.
