Grow Your Crow (1-2pm)
For yogis working on getting their wings or finding a little hang time in crow pose. Learn the mechanics of what makes a strong and steady crow pose, how to utilize props and drills to support your growth, and overcome the challenge of taking flight.
Crow 2.0 (2-3pm)
So you can hold crow, now what? In Crow 2.0 we will work to increase your strength and endurance to hold crow with confidence. With a solid crow foundation you are able to move into variations like funky crow, baby bakasana (forearm crow), 1 legged crow, 1/2 crow-1/2 firefly, tricky transitions like crow to low plank, headstand or eka pada koundinyasana 2 (running man)! Move on to Side Crow variations like cutie-pie crow and side scissors. New & seasoned yogis are sure to find something to crow about!
