YLB YTT200: Dive Deeper
As an adult, it's rare you get to carve out time that's entirely dedicated to your own growth. In Sanskrit, sadhana means a disciplined practice undertaken toward a goal: a consistent, dedicated effort you return to again and again. This program gives you the tools to begin your own sadhana: enough time to process and absorb the material, and become the teacher you want to be, not just a cookie-cutter version.
You don't have to teach to embody it. This program is for anyone curious enough about yoga, the history, the philosophy, the mechanics of why a pose works the way it does, to go deeper than a weekly class ever has time for. We've seen it with hundreds of YTT students: your growth through teacher training ripples outward, not just to you and your loved ones, but to everyone you encounter. Anyone who shares yoga through how they live is a "yoga teacher"; it doesn't have to be in front of a room. So no matter your goal here, to teach, or simply to deepen your understanding of yourself through yoga, we're here to support and nurture you on your own path.
In this program, Jackie Mahrou, Eric & Leba Lualdi share their over 45 years of combined teaching experience through one-on-one mentorship and guidance. We keep training size small so everyone has room to grow and flourish in a training built to fit into your life without overwhelming it; Tuesday nights and every other Friday & Saturday. We offer discounts for applying early or paying in full, as well as payment plan options.
