Grow Your Crow!

Whether you are a baby bird just leaving the nest or a wild and crazy crow from way back when - this workshop has something for you! Learn the mechanics of what makes a strong and steady crow pose, how to utilize props to support your growth, and overcome the challenge of taking flight. If your crow is already soaring - increase your strength and endurance to move into variations like one-legged crow, funky crow, baby bakasana (crow), 1/2 crow, side crow variations, and tricky transitions like crow to headstand or eka pada 2 (running man)! New & seasoned yogis are sure to find something to crow about!
