This workshop series is great for beginners and those looking to enhance or modify their practice to work around an injury, to kick it up a notch, or just to get on their mat. Every class can be for every one! Each week will focus on elements to shape a practice accessible to anyone.
Week 1: Yoga Basics - Getting Started
Week 2: Expansion - Use Props to their Full Potential for Modifications & to Deepen Sensation
Week 3: Progression- Explore Variations and Enhancements to Your Practice
Week 4: Integration- Learn a self-guided practice for everyday use. Including ten minutes of : Wake up Flow, Core work, & PM Wind Down
Yoga is highly customizable and can be for anyone, regardless of current fitness level or age. At the conclusion of this series you will ready to take on any class and enhance or modify it to suit YOU.
