Fun with Inversions: Flip Your Frown Upside Down

Stuck in a rut? Looking for a new perspective? Need help making a tough decision? An inversion practice can help you sidestep fear and approach obstacles in a new and opportunistic way. Inversions are also an antidote to the compressing effects of gravity and help build strength in the spine and upper body. This workshop will teach students the basics of traditional headstand, tripod headstand, handstand and forearm stand. We will incorporate plenty of play time to work on variations and flow through an invigorating practice utilizing our new skills.
