As we transition from summer to fall, the equinox marks a point of equal daylight and darkness. Seeds have you sown in spring and nurtured through summer become your fall harvest and sustain you through cooler months. The equinox affords us a time for stillness and clarity to embrace this transition from expansion to containing. Take time to reflect, balance, and ground.
During this workshop, we will move our bodies through a balanced, all-levels flow followed by a grounding meditation circle.
