So you can crow, what's next? Explore intermediate arm balances with a focus on twisted and split-leg variations. Side crows, Side Scissors (eka pada koundinyasana 1) and Fallen Angel, as well as Running Man (eka pada koundinyasana 2) and Firefly (titibhasana). Workshop includes warm-up flow, drills, hands on assistance and guidance.
