Self Care for Spring

Dust off your self-care routine so you can bloom into spring! Spring is a time of renewal, transformation, and celebration. During this workshop, we will practice listening to intuition and honoring body and soul through: asana practice, meditation, and personal reflection. As we move out of the cold, dark months into the bright sunshine and energy of spring, recommit to giving yourself what you need when you need it.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Define self-care and why it is important

  • Practice an intuitive all-levels flow and self-care meditation

  • Identify self-care tools and techniques for everyday life

Please Bring:

  • Journal and pen

  • Yoga Mat

  • Water bottle or mug (for tea)
