During this workshop, we will practice listening to intuition and honoring body and soul through: asana practice, meditation, and personal reflection. As we move out of the cold, dark months into the bright sunshine and energy of spring, recommit to giving yourself what you need when you need it.

Practice an intuitive all-levels flow and self-care meditation
Identify self-care tools and techniques for everyday life
