Yoga for 12-Step Recovery is a holistic model designed to address the physical, mental and spiritual disease of addiction. Informed by the latest research in neuroscience and trauma healing, we will combine the somatic approach of yoga with the cognitive approach of the 12-step recovery model – the most well-known addiction recovery program in the world, with millions of active practitioners.

This workshop will give you the tools to practice this holistic approach, supporting compassionate awareness, change, and healing.
