  • Can I get the special early? Sorry, no. All specials will be available in-studio and online on their designated date beginning at 8am and ending at closing.

  • I have classes left on my sale pass from last year at this time. Can I get an extension? We are unable to extend discounted class passes.

  • I’m currently in the middle of a monthly contract. Can I cancel or pause it to get a sale pass instead? Sorry but no. We are able to offer discounted classes (class packs and unlimited passes) in exchange for your commitment to being here for the agreed upon length of the contract under those terms. That’s why longer commitments result in a deeper discount. Contracts can’t be paused or extended.

  • Let’s say I have 10 classes left on my current pass, but I want to buy an unlimited pass. Can I wait to start it until I use up the classes already on my account? All specially priced packages ( class passes and unlimited) begin day of sale. Class passes are good for one year, and unlimited passes for the duration specified, from the date of purchase.
