My training and certifications: E-RYT-200 via training at Yoga Lounge & Barre in 2015, YACEP, Certified Personal Trainer through ACE, Reiki Level 1.

My Yoga Story: I was first introduced to yoga as a new way to stay in shape in 2008, after several years in the weight room, but soon found that yoga had so much more to offer than the physical benefits. As I began to practice more regularly, I found that my way of dealing with the world shifted, and I felt a calling to share this path to happiness with others. Over the last few years, my focus has shifted more and more towards the inner work of meditation, and learning how to apply that to both my own life and my teaching.

For fun, I mostly just relax with my fam and dogs. I like to listen to music, make music, read, lift weights, and watch Survivor.
