Find grounding, comfort, and connection as we explore the intersection of the nervous system, grief, and loss, and how trauma-informed yoga can gently guide the body and mind toward healing.
Certified EMDR Therapist, Libby McHugh will offer insight into the body’s physiological responses to stress and the nervous system’s role in trauma and recovery. Building on this understanding, Liz Lahm (ERYT-200) shares practical tools for resilience through therapeutic pranayama, somatic tapping, gentle movement, and meditation.
This supportive workshop provides a safe space to reconnect with yourself, cultivate inner calm, and take home practices to help navigate anxiety, depression, and the emotional overwhelm that often lingers in the wake of the holiday season.
Please dress in layers for comfort, and bring water and a journal.
