The Whole30 program is a dietary reset designed to evaluate and improve your health & relationship with food. But it is not a diet! The food elimination and reintroduction protocol helps determine how different foods affect your quality of life. The knowledge you gain will help you make the best food choices for YOU.

SUNDAYS: 6:30-8:15pm @ YLB - Main Studio: 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7

WEDNESDAYS: 7:30-8pm Facebook Live (check in meeting): 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3
