Ignite Your Core

This workshop will use movement and breath to activate, strengthen and ignite your abdominal core!  It will test your limits and help you feel strong and confident with a new awareness of your own radiating inner power. Some of the benefits of a strong core include improved posture, reduced back pain and increased confidence. Yogis will receive a series of daily strengthening exercises to do at home for immediate results. Open to all-levels. Come prepared to move and breathe!
