We offer a wide range of classes and workshops for all levels and ages designed to help bring balance to your body and mind. All classes are held at 85 degrees, basics, slow flow, and restorative are held at 80 degrees. Please note that we offer 60 minute, 75 minute, and 90 minute classes — we recommend that you choose a class period based on your level of experience. |

Build a strong foundation for your yoga practice as a new or seasoned student. Our flow will use movement, breath, and short meditation to develop flexibility, relaxation, and self-awareness. Classes focus on core alignment and poses.

This class is held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings in a heated room. We will use heat to help open up our joints and lubricate the muscles. This class focuses on flow rather than strength.

A combination of meditation, gentle yoga poses, and supported postures using bolsters and blankets. A great way to wind down your day for yogis of all levels.

Slow moving yoga poses are introduced to promote mobility and healing in the body. Experience the art of deep breathing for personal awareness and relaxation from stress. Find release from the stiff muscles in your back, neck, shoulders and legs. A therapeutic, yet invigorating class for those who are new to yoga, or for those wishing to move their body with ease and awareness.

This class focuses on the breath and posture in such a way that you begin to explore feeling postures, rather than seeing poses. From the slow progressive sequences, to the longer holding of postures, the entire body and mind are brought into balance in this focused yet calming class. Students are encouraged to explore all the benefits of each posture within the boundaries and framework of their own individual expressions.

Sweat to the beat of awesome music while we flow to this fun, energetic late night class! We recommend 10 yoga classes at Yoga Lounge prior to participating in this class.

Through detailed pose instruction, breathing techniques and inward focus, students will gain flexibility and strength with increased concentration and relaxation. in this class, teens will discover their natural creativity and rhythm through Vinyasas set to lively music!

Privates are the perfect setting to enhance your practice in a comfortable and intimate atmosphere. They may also be shared with a spouse, partner, friend or family member. Work to create a daily practice that will help build your practice and improve your life outside of the studio.<

New Students: This is a great way to learn the fundamentals of yoga, with the proper breathing techniques and a focus on poses that will help meet your individual needs. The class will allow you to build a strong foundation as you begin and expand your yoga practice.
Advanced Students: For more one-on-one attention to deepen your practice, strength and flexibility, a private lesson will help take you to the next level. Explore interests and poses that may not be possible in a group setting.
