We offer a wide range of classes and workshops for all levels and ages designed to help bring balance to your body and mind.   All classes are held at 85 degrees, basics, slow flow, and restorative are held at 80 degrees.  Please note that we offer 60 minute, 75 minute, and 90 minute classes — we recommend that you choose a class period based on your level of experience.

POWER VINYASA OPEN
Build a strong foundation for your yoga practice as a new or seasoned student. Our flow will use movement, breath, and short meditation to develop flexibility, relaxation, and self-awareness. Classes focus on core alignment and poses.

POWER VINYASA BASICS
We will use heat to help open up our joints and lubricate the muscles. This class focuses on flow rather than strength.

SLOW FLOW
Slow moving yoga poses are introduced to promote mobility and healing in the body. Experience the art of deep breathing for personal awareness and relaxation from stress. Find release from the stiff muscles in your back, neck, shoulders and legs. A therapeutic, yet invigorating class for those who are new to yoga, or for those wishing to move their body with ease and awareness.

RESTORATIVE
A combination of meditation, gentle yoga poses, and supported postures using bolsters and blankets.  A great way to wind down your day for yogis of all levels.

YOGA FUSION
This is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining light weights and yoga postures. This intense but easy to follow workout will be the perfect compliment to your regular yoga practice. Please note the room will not be heated. All levels are welcome.

HATHA YOGA
This NON-VINYASA style class is taught in the tradition of BKS Iyengar. Iyengar pedagogy is known for it's emphasis on precise alignment, use of props, nuanced sequencing and longer held poses. This class is appropriate for students with a regular yoga practice looking for a slower paced class with emphasis on technique and personalized guidance.

KIDS YOGA
Children will have fun while improving their coordination and concentration and learning traditional yoga postures in a playful and imaginative environment.

PRIVATES
Privates are the perfect setting to enhance your practice in a comfortable and intimate atmosphere. They may also be shared with a spouse, partner, friend or family member. Work to create a daily practice that will help build your practice and improve your life outside of the studio.

New Students: This is a great way to learn the fundamentals of yoga, with the proper breathing techniques and a focus on poses that will help meet your individual needs. The class will allow you to build a strong foundation as you begin and expand your yoga practice.

Advanced Students: For more one-on-one attention to deepen your practice, strength and flexibility, a private lesson will help take you to the next level. Explore interests and poses that may not be possible in a group setting.
