At Yoga Lounge, you will be surrounded by friends; away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We welcome you to join in, get comfortable, and leave your shoes and worries at the door.


What's New

Yoga Lounge is not just a power studio. If you are looking for classes with deep breathing, relaxation, and a gentle flow, try our new Gentle Hatha Yoga class on Wednesday mornings from 8:15 - 9:15 am and our Slow Flow Basics classes offered several times throughout the week.

We will also add another gentle hatha class from 4:00 - 5:00 pm beginning September 13th.

Starting in July the Slow Burn Open class on Monday and Friday morning will now be a Slow Flow Basics Class from 8:15 - 9:15am.

Starting July 5th, the Yoga Lounge will have a special class just for teens on Mondays from 3:15 - 4:15pm. In this class, teens will discover their creativity and rhythm while flowing through Vinyasas set to lively music!

Beginning August 18th, we are moving the teen yoga to Wednesdays 4:00 to 5:00  pm.
